My vehicle is leased there is no trade in. Mr. Dahrouge was wearing a mask. I hope because he was being careful and is fully vaccinated. The other service staff were not wearing masks including two young women. All your staff should be wearing masks. Customers are in close proximity to your employees. We are not over Covid as yet!

Jonathan told me to come in for a trade in months ago. I was able to get something that best fit for me and my children. I then just came in for an oil change and that was great. He’s the absolute best! I can’t thank him enough.

I think Mike Ramos runs an EXCELLENT shop! I would bring my car to him under ANY circumstances. Bob Majkowski is a terrible representative of Toyota. He is abrupt, overbearing, rude, and as a former executive with Walt Disney World the only position I would place Bob in is backstage behind a curtain where he never deals with any guests.

Absolutely the most horrendous experience with the service department here. I came in for what would have been a "simple' issue ...to fix a tire with an apparent nail in it. I was told they did not have the tire in stock and that they would need to order it. I should "come back tomorrow...." I was told by Jonathan (the service advisor) " come anytime after noon." (That was Day 1). I had to make special arrangements with my job to get my car serviced and had to make special childcare arrangements so I could get to this appointment. Day 2: I took time off of work (again) and made special arrangements for child care (again). The following day, I arrive, only to be told by Jonathan that the tire they have was not the right one, but they'll order the "right one" and to come back again the following day after 4:30pm. (that would be a 3rd trip) Day 3: I made work arrangements again so I could get my car fixed, but then was told at 4:00pm that the, "tire was delivered ...but they couldn't find it!: I was told that they would re-order it and I l would get a call on Monday." Day 4: I got a call from Chris, the manger, -"we have it. come in anytime." (me - can I come at 5pm? ) (them - "that's fine"). I arrive at specified time - only to find out none of the people I had been dealing with were here and that they have no one to change the tire! Outrageous.....After some back and forth, they finally got someone to change it. This was a sub-par experience that demonstrated overall poor communication with their service team. It cost me not only for parts/service but I also had to take time off of work and make special arrangements for my child (multiple times). I have been warned previously of the poor service and now I know - it's all TRUE. Don't come here....find a different place to service your car.

I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation today that took almost 2 1/2 hours. I feel like the service took way to long. Also, I think your price was definitely on the high side. In the future I will take my business elsewhere, because I know I can get that job done much quicker and pay less at many places. Thank you, Dorothy Bao

The free maintenance I was told I would get when I purchased my vehicle, was false and very misleading. You should say to the new customer if you buy a Toyota from us you get two oil changes and two tire rotations that’s it! Bob the service advisor is a **** artist. He didn’t Touch my vehicle or even see my vehicle. But yet he can tell me exactly what’s wrong, what I am doing wrong and what I should do to correct my problem. (that is some powerful crystal ball you have there ) Yes you could be a master certified mechanic but right now you are not working on my car so that certification means nothing. You are a service advisor(SALESMAN).

I had a 9:30 appointment and was taken right in an greeted warmly by the man who took the car. He sent me over to Erica who did not greet me when I walked to her station. She took paper and went right to work on computer. After a bit, she informed me service not covered, gave estimate and I agreed and was sent to waiting area. Got text from her at 11 am that my car was in good hands. Texted right back to ask for time estimate of how much longer but no reply. After about 45 minutes more, she came out and let me know car was done and I could pay.
