We love our Highlander. We aren’t happy about being placed with CalAuto for the lease. We will very soon need a larger vehicle and it seems CalAuto is much less flexible than if we had the lease thru Toyota.

Bob did an excellent job assisting me with service on my vehicle. He was very upfront about what needed to be done, pricing, and the timeframe to complete the work. I was waiting for my vehicle in the dealership and felt that the service was completed in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the way my vehicle is running. Give Bob a raise!

It was a minimal service of oil change, tire rotation and fluid level checks @ 30,000 miles. Although satisfied I would prefer the COST be less. Thank you for your inquiry.

I'm honestly not even convinced the service was performed. When I paid i didn't receive the information necessary. I had to hunt down the representative then he couldn't find anything in the system. Eventually he just took one of the forms and completed it but since he didn't service the car no idea how he knew what to input. Very disappointing experience.
