If you really want to know I was happy up until I meant Young and did the finance part of the transaction somehow he caught me off guard and I'm a finance guy I didn't realize he charged me $3,000 yield spread . He made it seem like he was giving me a better rate going through Toyota and Wells Fargo and I missed it on the APR breakdown cuz he caught me off guard and he's good at that I guess and I was just happy at the moment and not business-oriented but what he did was he cut my **** by charging me $3,000 up front which really didn't cut anything it just made it seem like it did so it went in there buying a car for $69 and I end up paying $24,000 and put $5,000 down which gave me a bottom line loan amount of 19 k if somebody has to be shady like that to make three thousand dollars up front I have a problem with it George Joe met everybody in there real happy I just don't like unscrupulous business deals like that

Very disappointed. My car keys were handed back to me and all the sudden magically the battery was dead I walked in to politely ask if the service member could take a look and they rudely told me to go to parts. I go to parts department, the guy takes a look tells me the battery is dead and switches the battery for me then tells me I have to pay 11 dollars for it. So now I have to go back in line and wait again to pay, I have no problem paying to replace the battery even though that’s a total cheap skate move it’s 11 dollars and I’m a returning customer only ever service my car here but you would think you wouldn’t hand back your customer with a set of dead keys? How did you guys even drive the car and park it if the keys were dead. Very poor service on your guys end very disappointed, likely won’t be coming back.
My car was repaired quickly and Phil kept me apprised of the progress. However when I picked up my car the evening of August 31 the maintenance required light was still on and I discovered that when I put my car in reverse it beeps loudly which It did not do before. Since September 1 I have left four messages to please address the maintenance required light and if the beeping noise for reverse can please be disconnected but I have not heard back from Phil yet. This is as of Wednesday, September 8.
