When I had my car serviced in corona they called me before arriving at my home and offered me a Starbucks. I thought that was super nice. I was sad that you did not offer that ????

Changing my settings: lights, wipers, radio, seat #1, not so nice to re-introduce myself to my car. I get temporary seat/mirror adjustments to drive safely, but I would rather not keep finding the next altered setting. Too old to run through a complete post dealer visit checklist

Thanks to Kyle and Isaac for letting me install the damaged part myself but honestly a snap on part that was damaged by service should not be quoted as a 3 hour repair time if I chose to wait for service to do it. So glad they let me do it which took less than a minute to snap off and snap a new one on.

Actually while Kyle and I have worked together in the past I mostly worked with Ana re loan vehicle and Mary Lopez for the overall project . I was quite pleased with the service they provided!p
