Long wait time without giving any update . I approached one of the rep standing by to get my car if it’s ready. Apparently it was ready so I drove off.

There was no follow up on the issues I reported. I had to contact the advisor to find out what was going on. Wheel alignment was recommended but not explained why it was recommended. Overall, I got the feeling that there was a lack of interest or concern in addressing the issues I was having. I had to talk to the assistant manager on one of the issue. That was somewhat helpful but did not completely met my expectations I was hoping that Genesis as a car company would differentiate itself from other companies in customer service. But in my opinion, I did not see any difference in how this service was handled. A bit disappointing.
