The delivery driver was very professional. Kyle is a great service writer,but,I would have liked to hear how busy you were so my car wasn’t gone for 3 days as now it was difficult to get organized for an upcoming surgery with a strange vehicle.

Anaceli was great. Responsive, professional and helpful. However, part of what was supposed to be completed was not done during my visit. The alarm was supposed to be activated, but now I am faced with having a technician come to my home to complete the task, something I wanted to avoid.

I took in my car for a warranty covered door ding. Vision auto body fixed the created a mountain of issues. Damage to the paint, overspray, paint overs, poor painting. After 5 visits I accepted the vehicle under protest. I didn't want vision auto body to continue creating more problems.
Mary was nice, but she had no control over the poor job vision auto body does. This was a horrible experience

Kyle is a great manager but Kyle was not on duty today when my car was returned. First of all it took over a month to repair it, when I picked the car up it was not washed and lastly it was not fully charged! This was very disappointing after waiting so long and I have not been reimbursed for the rental car I had to rent for a month! I hope this is not going to be a reoccurring theme going forward.
The service I had at the dealership was very good, but I am very disappointed that I cannot get a loaner car unless I book my service several weeks in advance. Part of the reason I went with Genesis was the service you offered. The reality is you are much worse than Acura who I previously had. At this point, I would be reluctant to refer Genesis to someone.
