I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from [Dealership Name] during my recent maintenance visit. Despite their claims of having a streamlined system that allows for seamless communication and efficient service, my experience was marred by delays, miscommunication, and a general lack of care. The supposed text-based system, which promised to keep me informed throughout the process and have my car ready for pickup upon arrival, failed to deliver. Instead, I was left waiting for an inordinate amount of time, causing me to be late for work. Furthermore, I was provided a loaner car with explicit instructions to return it with the same level of gas as when I received it. However, when I picked up my vehicle, it was clear that it had not been treated with the same level of care. The car was dirty, and the service was sloppy and unprofessional. What's most disappointing is that this lackluster service comes from a reputable brand like Hyundai. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and respect, which was woefully lacking in this experience. I hope that the dealership will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to their customers in the future.

Mo was extremely courteous and helpful to both Me and my wife. My wife has Alzheimer’s and we really appreciate the extra care he gave. He is a fine young man who did everything He said he was going to do. Sometimes that’s hard to find these days. Again, we appreciate his courtesy and care.
