I brought my car in for an oil change with filter change, a tire rotation and software update. NONE of this was done. NONE of it! I was told that the software update oils couldn’t be done unless I got a new computer for the car. A tire rotation wasn’t needed and they told me the oil change was done. I was charged but my car didn’t run like it. I took my car to my mechanic today to check, oil level was low and the filter was 90% clogged. If an oil change was done a month ago how is this possible? I was robbed of $67 dollars. Never coming back EVER
I bought tires and was not asked if I wanted the same brand and model tires instead I got whatever was available in stock I would like to have my original brand and model tires back on my car if I'm going to be spending over 800 dollars on new tires and alignment
I’d want Juan to be my service staff each time. He came to me and started inspecting my car, didn’t make me wait, he’s pleasant, nice, organized and recaps all that was to be done with my car today. No feeling that anything will be missed or that you were not heard.
Trunk door is still emitting a clunking tone when driving over rough areas of the road

Need more caution before submitting cost totals. I was charged for a wheel alignment when it was not performed and I would have missed it if I didn’t read the report and ask the workers. However, staff were super nice and resolved the issue quickly. It would just be nice if these issues didn’t occur.
I appreciate it the fact that Candace looked up my vehicle for any recalls and any complementary maintenances.

Juan was good. But the guys that call you up to check out! They had my keys for about 30-45 min. I saw my car come out of the warm Bay Area and thought I was gonna get called soon. And I didn’t! I went up to ask! The desk guy had my keys but had no explanation of why I hadn’t been called. That’s my only concern. But Juan again was great A1 service IMO!!

Very very satisfied. Your representative was very professional polite and asked me if there were any questions he could answer for me. Directed me to the next representative and I was told exactly what was the procedures that would happen and what I could expect. Issued me a new loaner car and was given a time I could expect my car back. And received a text letting me know it was ready for me to pick up. And it was earlier that was expected. Car was fully detailed and looked so good. Very happy and will be using your services as long as I have this vehicle. Thank you. Mr. Estrella
besides good in person service there's something wrong with your system... there are 5 or so versions of me in your system and I get messages as if I never went in when I did and vice versa... you need a way to combine multiple duplicate profiles so you don't miss something or duplicate something for your customers. ridiculous for a company of this size to make such easy to fix mistakes.
Bad customer service. The person helping me never return my phone calls. I had to leave my car at the dealership over the weekend
