I was charged for tire rotation But the tires were Not rotated I called and spoke with Juan Gallegos and he stated that he was sorry that he was going to Refund me. He also stated that he would text me to confirm the refund But he never replied back with a text or phone call…

Juan Gallegos was great it was just the whole situation my check engine light came on I called to book an appt for a weekend because I work like everyone ealse 7am-7pm at Kaiser hospital so my time is limited my appt was booked wrong then I get to Hyundai and I have to leave my car over night it was inconvenience. Everyone is really nice and professional
