Hello, good afternoon. I’d like to report that upon receiving the car after the service, my wife and I noticed that the interior mat was dirty with grease, which ended up staining our clothes and skin. I’d like to know what the next steps are. Will you be handling the interior cleaning of the vehicle or offering some kind of compensation for the damages and inconvenience caused?

The workers are not experts at all, my problem was not fixed and the car oil and filter were not changed.

Candice was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved because they couldn't determine which cylinder was misfiring. The mechanic confirmed that there is definitely a misfire problem with my car. I've been dealing with this issue for years, and they advised me to bring it back when the problem happens again, which is difficult to coordinate with my work schedule. I've taken excellent care of this car and kept up with maintenance, so it’s disappointing that I had to pay for the inspection when the issue is clearly a mechanical failure. Even a partial credit or offer would have been appreciated.
