You should call you customer when it is ready.NOT TEXT. Norm Reeves has always had that personal touch. But we were very happy with the overall experience.
I was told I would have an answer with a couple hours for a warranty claim regarding my door handles. I kept calling & leaving messages, with no reply for 3 weeks. When they finally called me back, I was told it was considered normal wear & tear and was not going yo be covered. There is nothing normal about door handles fading, scratching & chipping on a three year old car. I feel that no one stood up for their customer and fought to find a resolution instead of telling me I could buy new ones from for almost $900.00! Not good customer service and I had to keep chasing service, just to be told “sorry, nothing I can do”. Very disappointed in Hyundai ????

I'm completely satisfied with my recent service experience with Jayden Ramirez.
I was told that the technician was not able to replicate my complaint while driving the vehicle and running for codes. I brought it in because the emergency parking break engaged twice while driving at high speed on the freeway.i don't believe there was any troubleshooting other than plugging in the machine for codes.I was told to bring it in if it happens again. This is frightening to me. Did they check the sensors for the collision avoidance (if there's a sensor)? That also turned on while I was slowly parking behind a car. The emergency parking break engaged twice while I was driving on the freeway one week apart. There's obviously something going wrong if the car is detecting something on the road to cause rhe break to engage. I'm not satisfied with the quality of the diagnostic work. Waiting for the problem to happen again so you open a case doesnt sound like good quality work.

Great customer service but the service took took long
First, Candice is an awesome and friendly service advisor. Very welcoming and good at explaining things. The oil change was done in a reasonable time while I waited. The waiting room is nice and nice to have coffee provided.
The problem is when leaving, I had several fresh grease spots on my center console. Those should have been caught before I received my car. I scrubbed it to get most of it out and can barley see it, but I know it’s there and should have never happened.
