I like to thank the service department. We’re taking care of my car, I was surprised to know that the tire warranty was covered, and I appreciate so much that they brought it to my attention, and I want to thank the service department very much I appreciate them Thank you.
Mo did such an amazing job handling the complications with my car. He kept me informed and took care of costs that wouldn't have been fair for me to pay since they had to experiment with my car to find the problem. I felt very taken care of, which I've never been able to say about another service repair shop.
Candice was fantastic! The reason I moved my service to Norm Reeves was because I experienced less than stellar service at my previous dealer. Candice was my first representative to work with at Norm Reeves and she was amazing. Very thorough, communicative, and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Besides being very friendly, outgoing, and answering all my questions, Candice provided very valuable information on what the detected problem was, what work would be needed, and provided a good estimate of the time the repair work would take.

I'm not sure of norm Reeves record keeping. I got 2 separate emails from Norm Reeves. One said I was overdue for service, the other said no service is needed.
