This visit I was less than an hour, bears 2-3 hours and I performed more checks on my car?? Thank you to the technician for showing me the labor undertaken. That makes a huge difference. Knowing what was undertaken.
No trade in at thus time.
1) I want to pay more off in my car first.
2) Hyundai needs to address the major issues with the Kona.
As do want a new car soon. If Kona is not addressed I’ll buy a Honda HR-V as it’s small but not as the Kona.
On initial pick up of my vehicle and driving it the first few hours my vehicle feels great. Great improvement in performance.

Gary was great. When I picked up my car someone gave me the key and pointed to my car in the parking lot. At the car I noticed that there were two painter's tape on the windshield. I had to go back to the service area to ask why the tape was there and other questions. Should not a representativebe explaining to me when I pick up the car? Thank you.
Candice was excellent!!! Her communication was simply the BEST!! She was great to work with and went above and beyond. She got me in a loner as it was the weekend and made my life easier. Candice was phenomenal and I hope everyone gets to work with her. Next time I bring “Linda” my Ionic5 in for service I will be asking for Candice. Thank you.
