Juan was excellent very pleasant.
Louis did an excellent job. I was not however expecting to have as many services recommended and then completed when I walked in for just an oil change. It felt very expensive especially when I compared what I paid with a family friend who is a mechanic. While the oil change and tire rotation felt appropriate, the other work done felt very expensive.
Louie is such a patient and thorough rep he really takes his time to answer any questions you might have and he always make sure to communicate. I’m very satisfied.
