Everything was great with Enrique. The only thing I would ask for is better communication with updates in the car. Once Enrique knew that he was very good with the updates and even started helping me with another problem I had.

The service was good. I just think $1000.00 to replace a door handle was an excessive amount.
The Service manager added my appointment at the last minute due to my headlights were at the wrong angle and not giving me adequate coverage. My appointment was at 7:30 on Saturday. Gary said my appointment should take an hour and a half. Gary never came out to tell me what was happening with my car. I went several times to ask him how long it would take, and he would say he would check, but he never came to the waiting room to inform me what the status was. After 2 1/2 hours, Gary was on the phone. He said he’d be right with me so I went back sat down in the waiting room another 40 minutes go by still a no-show. I go back to the counter. I see my car is parked and Gary just said go to the checkout and pick up your car. I went to the checkout area. There was no charge. They did adjust my headlamps because they were too far down facing the ground and they could not explain what caused the headlights to go out of alignment. I feel that I was an inconvenience. that’s why nobody took care of me.
Louie and the entire service team at Norm Reeves Hyundai were exceptional. I was very pleased with the service. Although there are Hyundai dealers closer to where I live, I drive the further distance to Norm Reeves Hyundai because they do a great job!
Louie was very kind and went out of his way to help me an issue on the car.

I went in and Mo was great. He welcomed me and listened to my concerns. The two things that were upsetting. One, to get the free car wash, I had to drive to a car wash about a mile and half in the wrong direction and that wash is basically self-service with no interior cleaning. I understand that it is cheaper to do it this way but it felt like false advertising because it was not on site. Two, the service team deflated my tires. When I bought the car my tires were quite low. I attributed it to the car being new and having sat there a bit. At the time of this service my tires were inflated to the proper level. Imagine my surprise to find as I am leaving, that each tire has been decreased by 8-11 psi. At a time was gas mileage is important, keeping pressure up is vital. There was no note or explanation in the paperwork. I only found out because I did note my gas mileage was less than normal. I thus checked the pressure and discovered the change. Because this is a nearly 20 mile drive for me, I will most likely not be returning for service here.
