I forgot to mention in the previous message that the last 3 times at least it has been next to impossible to get any updates on the status of my car. No texts, no calls, no call backs when I'd call in. Once I just showed up at 5pm.to see what waa happening when u saw my car in the remote lot for 2 1/2 hours via the my Hyundai app, but never got any word it was done or what was done to it. Communication lately has been awful. I understand they're busy, but I shouldn't have to wait hours or all day for any updates on what was happening. Its not great customer service.
