I've been to several Hyundai dealers over the past 10 years (when we bought our 1st of 3 Hyundais all from Norm Reeves Hyundai) and none of the other dealerships even come close to the great customer service that Norm Reeves Hyundai has provided.

I booked an appointment for service at 11:30AM on Saturday (3/13) to complete some diagnostic tests and potential minor service repairs. Upon coming in for my appointment, I was told that my car service would not even be attended too until Monday (3/15) but that of I left it over the weekend, its service would be completed by end of business day on Monday (3/15), to which I agreed. On Monday, I didn’t receive any updates about the service on my car despite several attempts to do so until 4:30PM, at which point nothing was done. Instead, no work was even started until Tuesday (3/16), leaving me without my car for 4 days though it is clear only 1 was necessary. Over all, I’m so upset with the lack of professionalism and integrity of the service agents. I’ve never had such an experience in the past and I’ve only had my car serviced at this location since 2013.
