Gary was professional and courteous. He gave me an estimate. He updated me when the car was almost ready and then called me when the air was ready. He had the car washed. He answered all my questions. The bill Emma’s exactly as the estimate. He was very nice. It was a pleasant experience with the service department of Norm Reeves and Gary.
