Cheyne is the best! I came in Saturday morning and you all we’re already extremely busy. Hans brushed me off by responding to my oil change request/inquiry by saying there’s a 3 hour wait. Cheyne walked me to my car, asked what I needed, provided me with his card and suggested another date. I came back 2 days later, got an oil change, new filters for exceeding 15K miles and insight on tires/pricing. Made the service a breeze!
It’s great fornnew Hyundai showroom and services. I did present the welcoming and greeting from all staff, that’s totally different from the previous location. I felt like all staff are friendly and professional. One point i really impress was all detail about the service that I would have this time and also next time, this help me as customer to prepare budget for next visit. The atmosphere and evironment is superb. Well done! I really appreciate for great service through this visit this time by Cheyne Riggs, he’s the man!!

Cheyne had followed up with all of the problems with the maintenance of the low tire pressure and key issue with starting the engine. Also did the ABS installation of the recall.
