I was very pleased with the attention from Hans Rico. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. In fact, the problem which has been checked four times previously happened again today resting in my having to bring the car in again next Tuesday.
He went out of his way to make everything right

I normally am very satisfied with the service however today I had a different consultant. When I dropped off the vehicle they advised that they would call me within 2 to 2.5 hours with the diagnosis, after 3 hours went by I called & left a message for the consultant & tried calling the service department 4 times but no one answered. After 4 hours I decided to go back to the service Department to find out status on my car, it was until the consultant saw that I was upset is when he decided to check on my car. A courtesy call after 2 hours would have suffice. Getting through to the service department is nearly impossible and leaving voicemails for the consultants doesn’t do anything. Further the noise That the car keeps making did not get fixed and my service request notification is still turning on after I start my vehicle.
Aside from the 2 hour wait everytime when I could take it elsewhere pay less and have it faster. I have end stage cancer and arthritis everywhere, sitting or standing too long really hurts.
To be honest, it was kind of a train wreck. The good news is the oil got changed, the tires rotated and the AC line flushed and deodorized. The challenge was that the customer service experience was very poor.
