Moe was very thorough in explaining the work to be completed on my vehicle. He is kind, knowledgeable and patient and does not mind answering all my questions. He goes above and beyond. There’s exceptional customer service is the reason I make the drive to Cerritos.

It took a very long time for the dealership to figure out what was wrong with my car. I fee like it was only after Hyundai corporate contacted this dealership that they realized it was the starter ( which is what my husband said from the beginning). Also, when we picked it up and got home we noticed dried water spots on the inside of the passenger side door as if the windows were left down and it did rain the other day. Now my car smells like mildew, I would like this fixed immediately!
