I will no longer bring my car for service to your establishment.
Paul flat out lied to me with an update, via phone call that my car
was being washed & will be ready. However; I walked over to the service counter
and saw my car sitting there, baking in the sun. Paul was no where
to be found. My car was ready and unwashed!! I do not appreciate LIERS!!!
Paul was very helpful and answered all of our questions
Paul gave me the approximate time for service today. Paul was right by the time I was quoted and he phoned me to tell me that the car was ready. I was very pleased with the service I received.
Mary was awesome this was the first time dealing with Mary and she was great very competent and knowledgeable and knew what she was doing she's a keeper ????!!!!!
Representative was great. I just thought that it was complimentary to wash the vehicle. I brought it in 2xs for service and it didnt get done. Of thats not the case my mistake.
I had an especially good experience. It was a great improvement over my first few.
The employees this day were especially kind. I have worked in customer service for more than 40 years, and I appreciate good service.

I was quoted an estimate of $185 but I ended up paying over $200. You guys should either quote us exact amount or make sure the total comes out near or BELOW the estimate price.

I had my car broken into and I had to wait two weeks for my appointment, with a lock that was broken.
Then I had to wait two days to have the car back when I said that I needed a handle and a lock when I called, during that time a friend was looking for a car and I advised not to get a hyundai unless he had a mechanic that would be available for emergencies. I would service this car at the dealership like I do with my Ford, but the service here needs improvement.
The employees at the shop are very good, but the processes in place do not help them. I am very dissatisfied and I’m looking for a mechanic to service my car in the future.
When it was time to pick up my vehicle I inspected it before leaving the center and noticed the back windshield wiper was damaged. I do not live closed by and its an inconvenience to drive all the way back to get the replacement.
Cheyne was excellent! I appreciated that he was professional and easy to communicate with and keeping me update on everything happing with my vehicle.

Would’ve liked to have someone ushering the service station. From my experience with other dealerships, there would always be someone at the service station greeting customers to see what they came in for, but when I drove in there was no one outside.
