I am very happy with the service at cerritos Hyundai. Gary has been servicing my car for 5 years. He always been wonderful.
They set me up for an appointment a week in advance, but when I arrived to get my recommended service, your service dept. told me we can’t diagnose any of my issue even though the Service Dept. knew a week in advance.
It’s not fair or professional to mislead customers who leased (3) vehicles from you.

Gary is respectful and helped me get the service done within schedule on a busy day.

Over-all, i waited for about the same number of hours that i usually do.
I requested a different technician and twice I did not receive who I requested. I did not request Gary.
Gary did not call me when my car was ready. I texted him he never responded to me. I had to call and he said he sent me an email which I never received. My car was ready way before the end of the day and ended up picking it up at closing time.
He did not go over in detail about the results of the service. I am very unsatisfied with his service. Terrible. Terrible service. Also. the guy who is in charge of bringing out the cars and checking when customers arrive did not take car to delivery My car to me he was chit chatting with the other technicians. He left the number sign inside my car and did not bother to give any type of customer service. Terrible. Terrible service very unhappy
I will not recommend to anyone I know to go to your service or dealership
Ian really get mad because service advisor don't trying to pick me up final but sent me rider after complaints about it.
I was completely satisfied with the services Norm Reeves service team did on my car... Honestly I'd rather not deal with Mr. Phan again, he wasn't rude or uncordial in any way but when I did ask him about something I needed to replace on the car it did seam like he was more interested in the conversation he was having with another employee there. He told me that he would contact me with a quote and he never did. Then when I asked him about it via text right after a text to say the car was ready I got no response until the following day. When he did respond he didn't even know exactly what part needed replacing but he sent me a quote that was for unneeded parts after apologizing for not getting back to me in the first place. Usually I'm not one to write something like this but when you take your car into get service from the dealer you purchased the car from it's not fun to feel like your getting the brush off even if it's politely done...
