I was frustrated with waiting time during the procedure to do 15000 regular maintenance for my Vehicle. I was informed that it would take 2 hrs but ended up 3 hrs of waiting time. I noticed that I was the only person in waiting seat. I feel that service advisor should have notified me if it takes time for over an hour longer than expected. I feel I was neglected and was very disappointed with service
Just in for recall work. Gary was very friendly and personable. Arranged for Lyft ride. Contacted me when car was ready instead of my having to call to check. Unexpected and so nice to have my very dirty car returned clean.

Gary was awesome, efficient and friendly! :) He made the entire experience very pleasant. He told me what time to come and I did. As soon as I did, my car was pretty much ready to go so I didn’t have to wait long which was nice. ???? Overall, super experience!! He even remembered personal facts about our family since he knows my dad from his services there. I can tell why Hyundai keeps Gary! Thank you for the excellent service!
