The service department at Cerritos Hyundai are absolutely lovely people. (The new waiting area is very nice too. You stock good got chocolate.) This wasn’t always the case. At one point I was going to transfer all my Genesis maintenance to South Bay Hyundai, but a kind, professional, attentive talk with Heman changed my mind.

Cheyene was great to work with. But I left my car over night for several days for NOTHING!! He called me to tell me the part they have to order for me is back ordered and won’t be in for another MONTH. So he asked me to pick up my car and they’d call me once the part is here. What a waste of time!!

I never got a call that the part I ordered came in. Luckily my wife had to take her car in for a repair and asked about my part's status, so I made an appointment for the repair to happen. Needed this done before the weekend, which is now done so thank you, but please work on updating your clients in a timely manner. The part came in over the weekend and we found out on Wednesday, only because we asked.

Cheyne was fantastic! He’s friendly and knowledgeable and responsive. I do wish it didn’t take so long for service when you have an appointment. There’s no reason I should be there for 4 hours when I scheduled a time to come in. But that’s not Cheyne’s fault. I have nothing but good things to say about him.

Gary Ohnesorgen stands out among your many pleasant service representatives. Each time I have dealt with him he has provided great service. He is very efficient, polite, professional, helpful, thorough and a pleasure to speak with. This adds to making me feel like choosing Hyundai as my car dealer was a great decision. My service person was great, but the car was still not fixed when I picked it up. They had to take it back to the technician and gave me a rental car.
No contacts and multiple issues
Cheyne Riggs was very professional and responsive. I was disappointed with the Garden Grove dealership because my car spent close to four months in service but continued to have an oil leak. Cheyne got my car diagnosed in a quickly fashion and alerted me to a workmanship error created by the prior dealership. Unfortunately I had to return to the prior dealership to get the issue fixed. I wish I didn’t have to as the service with Cheyne was superb.
