2015 Hyundai with 40000 miles seat cover broken , window washer pump leaking $500. All fixed. Now the window washer front Not working now have to spend an other visit to have you fix it again BUMMER I WAS PLANING TO TRADE IN FOR A 2021 Hyundai but not now Hank ****-****-xxxx See you Tuesday at 10 am

My rep was out sick, took 3 days before the supervisor contacted me, thin the ball got rolling, car was very dirty when i picked it up, mentioned that and a free wash an detailed was offered by supervisor Heman an rep paul.

Everything went really well with Gary. But the text messaging updates were confusing. I was getting texts from two different numbers. Based on my conversation with Gary it seems like one number is obsolete ****-****-xxxx. Texts from this number were directing me to call ****-****-xxxx IFI had questions about my car. Yet when I called this number it’s for Norm Reeves Lincoln and not Hyundai. Whoever manages your SMS communication needs to update their system.
