Overall I’m not happy with Hyundai as I continue to have engine and HEV engine light on and Hyundai does not give me any solutions nor coments. It’s been an on going thing.

Went in for a oil change because my sticker that they place previously miles said I was due turns out I didn't need the oil change so the lady said I need my filers change and wheel alinemen I asked them if they can put a fastener that fell out from the bumper they said yes ok fine she said it would take two hours ok fine turns out I waited over three hours and they didn't put in the fastener or did they Wash it
This is the second time they don't wash it Service is Horrible! Had my Appointment at 10:15 didn't get out till 1:25pm Why make an appointment?

He explained everything in full to where I understood everything that was being done and why. When my car was ready to go home he again went over all that was done. Your service department also went the extra mile and checked all the fluids.

This is the second time I came in for the complimentary service. The first time I asked for a car wash they said okay and when I got dropped off they told me if I want my car washed then I need to wait 2+ hours so I told them I’ll pass. This time around I asked them when I dropped the car off if I can get it washed and the lady informed me of course. When I got the text my car was ready I called to make sure and she told me it was washed and ready to go. I got there and it was not washed again.

My experience today was A++ Service Manager Heman is terrific taking care of my needs. I came in without making an appointment battery not holding a charge because brakes pedal stopper coming apart causing brake switch not making correct contact. Heman made sure repairs done quickly as I waited. In and out within 2 hours. Thank you very much
