Paul Phan was the best! He was compassionate when I was upset seeing my car for the first time after the police found it. He kept us informed on everything going on with our insurance and the repairs. He’s employee of the year if you ask me.

Cheyney Riggs was outstanding. Very professional and knowledgeable. I live in Downey, but I'm going to start taking my car for any maintenance back to Hyundai Cerritos & will be requesting Mr Riggs personally as my service advisor/ agent.

At the beginning everything was good my helper Riggs he explain everything correctly but it takes to long to do the service 2:30 hours plus they wash my car but didn’t dry it and it was worse than before. I do understand it is curtesy wash but you guys should better job thank you.

I feel completely comfortable and safe in my vehicle when you complete the service for me my waiting time was not a problem because I had that time and I’m happy that the men who worked on my car took their time and completed the process took care of me and Gary was very helpful and thoughtful during the whole process with me

If you have a recall & someone calls to schedule to have it done & asks if have parts & it told yes, then finds out not done because no parts this is not acceptable. That was the primary reason why scheduled the appointment on Nov 2nd. Waited almost 2 months not told if parts came in. Then get a call from the resolution team asking to have recall done. Called them & told them had taken in for recall but not done because no parts. Was told to call dealer again & that there were 6 dealers nearby to get it done.But nobody had the parts on Nov 2nd since Gary called around. Got it done but needed two service appointments to accomplish
