Gary was excellent, as he kept me apprised of every detail in regards to the progress of my vehicle. I always ask for Gary, because of his hands on touch. Wouldn’t want anyone else, also wouldn’t go anywhere else because of him!

Web browser does not sink with your system. I had to give same info again to service rep. Also, text i received was not simply asking to confirm my appointment with Yes or No. Rather it was asking to confirm on attached link, which is time consuming.

Paul (Phuong) provides too-notch customer service; his competence, work ethic, and wit make for a satisfying repair experience — notable, as having one’s vehicle worked is typically a stressful endeavor. Promote him to management and eventual ownership. He’s that skilled.
