The cost of the service is extremely expensive. I think you should try to reduce some of some of the charges to make it easier to maintain our vehicles.
The report said that my oil filter was not replaced, when and oil change gets done an oil filter always gets changed, I'm not sure what to think if I've been getting ripped off this whole time, I'm truly upset.

My car was there 4 days. Some days I didn’t get a status so didn’t know if I was getting my car that day.
I got a loaner which was fabulous. But it was a hybrid and nobody walked me through how to operate the car.
When my car was ready I received a text message stating to text back when I plan to pick up car. I did. When I went to pick up car, I waited 20 min for my car because it was at a lot on other side of freeway.
Gary is friendly and patient. He made notes and addressed my concern that may have seemed outside of the norm.

I’ve worked with Louie on several visits to Hyundai Norm Reeves and I give him 5/5 Stars! He is always very professional & pleasant. I feel like he actually cares about his job, and works hard to deliver top notch customer service. Give him a raise. He (& many of the other employees at that location) have actually allowed me to have a positive experience when getting my car repaired, unlike every other auto shop.
Everyone was very helpful and ready to make sure the car I just bought was ok since the check engine light came on. They couldn't figure out why but they did try. The only thing is they didn't fill up my gas like they promised since I had to come back twice to get the car I had just bought checked out.
