Brought in vehicle for door lock problem, waiting for the replacement part that needed to be ordered and then return vehicle to have it repaired

On Monday and this morning
I took my cars for service. I got the call when my car was ready. When I arrived BOTH TIMES!!! I had to wait 15-20 minutes cause my car was blocked in!!’Unacceptable , Time wasted. If my car is ready then It should get moved out and available to be picked up
Today was my first time coming to Norm Reeves Hyundai. I came from another dealership which was Southbay Hyundai in Torrance where I was treated horribly on multiple occasions! My experience with Norm Reeves today made me so happy. From the smiling faces & customer service, to every employee I came in contact with asking me if I needed to be helped & welcoming me in! Amazing customer service is so important to me as I also work in customer service as well. When a customer feels welcomed they will return & share there experience with family & friends as well. I wish I would have come to Norm Reeves Hyundai so many years earlier!! I would like to thank the GM for the excellent experience, training & customer service that every employee is trained with! I really appreciate how Enrique kept me informed every step of the way. I also appreciate how I brought in my customer coupon from the other dealership & it was honored! I’m just so overwhelmed with gratitude! Such an amazing experience!! I look forward to my next visit because you have a customer for as long as my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited runs!
