I was given 3 different prices for the oil change. Even though there was a coupon offered, I ultimately ended up paying the most expensive.

Service manager Gary was great. Lot guy not so much. They left the tag on my key. The tag hanging from my rear view mirror, car wash left my windows all streaked and worse then before the wash. And LASTLY they moved my driver seat and didn’t put it back the way it came. Took me 1/2 a day to get it back to how I HAD IT SET. So frustrating.
Paul was very knowledgeable. I had questions he answered them. Paul was kind and had a smile on his face and had a very pleasant attitude.

Paul was a nice guy and a good communicator, but the Hyundai corporate protocols were not met so my problem was not solved. I still have a charger that is too tight, and I suspect it will continue to not function properly.
