Paul was great,but something not his fault did bother me. I received a text that said I could pay online and skip the counter. I paid online, but found that feature not present. I don't see it as a hard fix not to send an automated text if it's a service you don't provide.
I'll start by saying that how is it that I get a tire rotation but all my tires had all different psi readings. Then I have a coupon that was mailed to me that you couldn't honor.
It took forever to fix my car. I came to you for the same problem twice, and you guys never provide me a rental car for replacement. I was not able to work or go anywhere for over 10days. I finally got my car back today, but the employee who fixed my car made a huge scratch on the rear of my car! The employee told me to come back whenever I have time for the scratch, but I am really afraid that I wont be able to work for another days and weeks!
waited 6 hours and still didn't get my car fixed have to wait another week for part to come in
Was surprised to be upsold an additional service Not completely sure it was needed. And my car was not washed.
