I was generally satisfied with services provided by Mariela Valdez. She was very kind and responsive to my concerns. One area I was very disappointed was the miscommunication about the parts received. She asked me to schedule an appointment as two parts ordered were received. However, only one part was received and I have to visit the dealer one more time to resolve the second issue. I am living 30 miles away. So I would recommend the dealership check the accuracy of parts received to avoid any inconvenience. Thanks.

Enrique was professional, efficient, and friendly. Although, not having my car was stressful, working with Mr. Almaden was a positive experience.
