Enrique was the best service advisor. I usually don’t go to this Hyundai but I was in the area and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I gave it a try, I didn’t spend 3+ hours waiting like at my old Hyundai. I will definitely go back. Thanks Enrique!

Gary Ohnesorgen, my Service Consultant did an excellent job answering my questions and seeing that the service was performed on my vehicle quickly, efficiently, and returning my vehicle to me within the time estimate provided.

Candice is very courteous, and Professional. She is awesome. But I'm a little upset with the person trying to fix the passenger rear garnish. But again Candice said that we will get this garnish fixed.
I hated my experience with the service center so much that even when I was told my car was ready I was given my key with an attitude about to pull off and they said they needed to put lug nuts on my car what if I had drove off what would have happened and my appointment was at 11:00 am I didn’t leave until 1:50 pm that was so crazy and when I spoke to Justin he didn’t seem to care I should’ve been apologized to or offered something license plate frame or something but I won’t be back
Way too expensive repairs. Paid for the same job at a trusted mechanic shop for $1,200 less
I dropped off my vehicle for general maintenance and a technical issue with my in car entertainment system. The maintenance was completed but the technical issue went unresolved as I was told they did a software update but did not check if my issue was resolved.
The Oil Change was standard and the gas cap cover was replaced. However the third complaint of the Radios Android Auto continues to be an issue. This morning during my drive home the map screen kept going off center with a pop-up to re-center the map, it wasn't even on the same street. Then further into my drive the GPS kept trying to route me to different locations and I wasn't even entering a destination. Prior to the service it just kept going off center and flipping screens and into the setup menu. The routing was new, it wanted to rout me to a church, then a park.
This will require further troubleshooting.!
