Kyle P was very professional and very helpful. He was able to get my car done in a timely matter. He kept me updated with my vehicle status every other day through text. He also was able to get me a loaner for the week. Greatly appreciated his services and will come back to Hyundai just because of my experience with him.

Cheyne was nice and customer-oriented. But about the seatback loose issue, he ordered new parts and mentioned about the 'estimates' that I don't quite understand and agree upon. I'd found this seatback issue right after I leased and drove the new car home. I texted Kristen, the Sales lady, and mentioned it the same day I leased the car.

Took over 3 weeks to fix my car, and there was no rental car provided. i couldnt work over 3 weeks since I need my car to do Uber. I had to bring in my car 3 times for the same problem.

I think i should had not been charged originally if the tech saw there was an issue with the suspension he should had recommended that i fix the suspension first and then do the alignment not charge me for the alignment then tell me there is suspension problems on the vehicle so that i spen doble money on the suspension afterwards again.
