Thank you Enrique, Gary, Andy, and the nice greater with the Supetman buckle. You all were excellent and helpful. Only thing was, when I called to make my apt, I was told I think by Crystal that my parts would be in, in the morning...but they came in later in the evening so I came back the next day. Wait time was a little longer than promised. But the staff is so nice, kind, and helpful.

Mariela Valdez is not good for business, she was non responsive and careless. I don't want to keep hashing over what happened, but I'm extremely dissatisfied and disgusted with norm reeves Hyundai.

Kyle P was very professional and very helpful. He was able to get my car done in a timely matter. He kept me updated with my vehicle status every other day through text. He also was able to get me a loaner for the week. Greatly appreciated his services and will come back to Hyundai just because of my experience with him.
