I don’t know much about cars, so I tend to feel intimidated and overwhelmed when it’s time to deal with car problems- but Cheyne made my entire experience very easy. He was so kind and helpful! And I really appreciate it! I’ll definitely be returning!

Everything was great except that the air in my spare tire was not checked and filled. This task was to be performed as documented in the paperwork. I had even placed the tire loosely in the trunk to facilitate this task, but when I got home, I saw that it had not been touched. I then filled it myself. Also, the other four tires were overfilled to 36 lbs. The door placard specifies 33 lbs. This seems to be a common problem with service technicians. But advisor Gary did a good job.

Did I read “Complete satisfaction “ ? No, unbeknownst to me my ride home was an outside currier. This was after I had ask for a loaner car to ensure a safe ride home. Lastly, my key pod seem to be the issue for bringing my 2022, 900 miles, Tuscon to your service dept. I was told a new one was ordered. I asked that both key pods be replaced, he looked at me and said no! Why not? Don’t you think they both could be defective? The agent sitting next to him had already said no problem!
