Appointment time was 2:15 pm and the car was not finished until 5 pm. It is an electric car, no oil change needed and walk-ins were taken before my vehicle. Seems to be a trend at this service location.

Let me be very clear as a retiree of over forty years in customer service… I am very adamant when it comes to service as it seems to be a rarity to get halfway decent service these days. Mr Almazan exceeded my higher standards with regards to customer service!! Courteous, very well in explaining my service needs and with added touch of human interaction meaning it was such a pleasure that he was my service agent for the day. I very much appreciated and welcomed his exceptional customer service- trust that I am an honest feedback individual. I actually have always received great service in both your sales and service departments. Thank you
