Paul was great, other aspects of the service not so much. The first time we got our car back it has 500 miles added to it and only worked for a day. We brought it back and you had the car for 22 days. When we went to pick it up it was "stuck" behind other cars and took 45 minutes to get it. The vehicle was filthy.
Cheyne is always amazing! I unfortunately have had a lot of issues with my car, and the only person I will work with is Cheyne. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and reliable . I appreciate working with him and I trust that he will do whatever he can to help make all the issues with my car as easy to deal with as possible.
Gary was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle . I was concerned because my oil leaked after my last two changes there and Gary made sure the technician was aware so that it wouldn’t happen this time. If it did, you would’ve lost me as a customer. So far so good, no leaks.

I was satisfied with Christian the service representative and car maintenance. However,I waited too long. Also my seat and steering wheel was readjusted and not put back in original position. Lastly,there were black fingerprints on my hood that should've been wiped off or washed off!
2 hours is too long if a wait time for a tire rotation.
