the main thing is- this is the third time i’ve taken my car in to get my air conditioner fixed - when i read the paper i’ve received it stated it was the 2nd which was incorrect - my personal opinion it should of been fixed the very first time - now i’ve been told the part won’t be in until tuesday of next week - i take care of my mother who is 91 years old and i bring in my car in on fridays which is my day off - my personal opinion is this should have been rectified the very first time i brought my car into hyundai - i should not have had to bring it in three times to get it fixed and - inconvenience me and my day to day responsibilities - so i have to rearrange my life to get my car fixed- which should have been fixed the first time - sorry i always thought very highly of hyundai but this really uncalled for - don’t you think? personally the people helping me i don't know their actual titles have been great .
