I was waiting for someone that knows about my car and my history. Paul was not there. My prayers are with him and his family. I believe Cheyenne or Shane, I apologize If I got his name wrong. he would be my next go to advisor. He was on lunch . I was completely content waiting. . I believe her name was Maria or something she came over the number off the top of my car place it on my windshield. She’s confident she knew what she was doing. As I said to let her know about my car, and we could UAC in a pile with my normal advisor . Gave me a look like she understood How and what Paul does in the way he Service, certain situations . She assumed and didn’t listen, nor did she take the time to ask any questions or Look over my vehicle history . It almost seem like she had a Quoted me, or there was an incentive about how many cars she serviced. I even try to let her know that there’s a certain mechanic that works on my car and she said something like” they’re always the same mechanic”or something like that. Two hours later, she comes back with a blank paper practically, and told me to come back in another thousand miles haha…. No information on paper. Just at the service, my car and topped off on my oil and all my fluid and put too much air pressure in my tires. And then she told me the power back on Friday and you can talk to him. And since you didn’t take the time to really understand my situation that I’ve been in California for five months I do not live here anymore I live in Georgia I father just passed away last month and I’ve been driving my car just put miles on it so I could go home because I don’t have anywhere to live here and that she ended my oil consumption test. Nor does she know how long it took me to get to this point with my car and how Efficient and just right on point with everything about my car. All his hard work was for nothing cuz the end results are uncertain. So now that my oil contest is done, I can go back home to Georgia all the money I’ve spent years wasted all the time I’ve been through way should don’t feel safe driving my car that far not knowing for sure if my car is gonna make it or not. The whole reason why I drove all way back to California for flying was Because I was dealing with the same people like Maria and Georgia. That don’t know what they’re doing. But assume they’re doing a great job, not knowing how much damage they could do When somebody’s car is their livelihood that’s how I get around thats How I put a roof over my head that’s my livelihood is my car. Six years ago, my father surprised me with this car for my birthday. He told me the parts last me for the next 20 years. I’m gonna be heartbroken I am homeless and walking in the middle of United States if my car breakdown same year he passed.

When I was with Nissan for the last 15 years they always washed my car when I had it serviced. My service was done at 3:30pm and you close at 4pm. There was plenty of time to wash my car but they wou. This was my first experience with Hyundai service. I would rather go anywhere else in the future.
