As I told the Area Manager. Worst service I ever received. I am a victim of a straight money grab. In close, I paid $1,500.00 and I will NEVER spend another coin with Norm Reeves dealership as I now know from this experience that the service which sucked will be the same. I will never use ANY of your dealership and make it my life’s work to spread the news on every platform I’m on of the rip-off/ poor service provided by you. May NO ONE else receive your type service again.

My first visit for service: Minimal wait for service writer when I arrived. Friendly greeting. Louie was efficient getting me processed. And my car was done earlier than promised.
