Your service representative was great. However, I had to wait an hour to get my car after I got there. I have no idea where it was.
Gary O. did an awesome job at receiving our vehicle and listening to what wasn't working; letting us know costs for service and date of part arrival; and he let us know when our car would begin being worked on; and then he let us know when our car was ready for pick up--everything done in a professional and timely fashion. Thank you, Gary!
Every time I get my service maintenance I alway asked for Gary coz ever since his been my to go guy that takes care of me and gets me in and out quick. His really good and takes care of his costumer. For thank you Gary
I do not like the customer care system set up at your business. When calling to check on your vehicle it first goes to a person who has to find the service person responsible for your car. If that person is not available you have to wait for him/her to call you back. I would have preferred that anyone would check with the mechanic and give a follow- up immediately. Although your system is efficient it is not customer friendly.

Cheyne Riggs was great! Very helpful, friendly and professional. Went above and beyond to ensure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. I left my vehicle with the service department from Saturday to Monday. On Saturday, which was Cheyne’s day off (he let me know this on Friday), I called the service department four times to receive an update on the status of my vehicle. I never received a call back, which led me to believe no work was done on my car for a whole day. This was very frustrating, as I had to organize alternative transportation for myself. I was told multiple times that I would get a call back with an update prior to closing on Saturday 2/18, and I did not. Hopefully the communication will be better in the future, as it was an inconvenience to wait three weeks for an appointment and then receive minimal communication once my vehicle was there for multiple days. As I mentioned, Cheyne was great and I appreciated his help very much! Wry communicative on the days that he was working.
Paul always takes time to answer any questions I have about the service needed in my car. He can give you an estimated time and its usually right. Love that you can wait for certain services in their comfy waiting area.
