I was extremely disappointed previously with Westbrook in Anahiem and Garden Grove but yesterday experience at your dealership completely changed my mind about Hyundai service. Everybody from Erika on the phone to Paul who helped me getting the car done were very professional and friendly. Even though I wasn’t able to get a car but the waiting room was very well organized, with coffee machine, comfortable seating and I wasn’t feeling waiting over 3 hours to get the car back. Very happy and satisfied with the whole team. Thank you!

Paul was not there when I picked up the car. The service department didn’t know what to do to activate the alarm system so that I could turn on the ignition. I told them that Paul told me to go to the Finance Department. She didn’t know what needed to be done. On the dashboard, several of my preferred settings were no longer on. So I need to figure this out again.
