Unfortunately, Hyundai has not been able to provide solutions for the three 'Recall issues'. They told me that I must request another appointment to solve a pending recall issue.

I love getting my repairs at Norm Reeves Heman and Paul were the best. Paul took care of me on this visit. He was very professional and patient and friendly. A great employee. You should give him a raise. Thanks to the entire Hyundai team.

I was helped by Paul who was professional and very helpful. He took the time to ask the right questions to make sure I was getting the service I wanted. My only complaint is that he forgot to add the $10 discount for the oil change but part of that is my fault because I didn’t double check the invoice.

I arrived at the same as other people, everybody left in about 2 hours with and without appointment, I went to find out what was the delay 2 times but my service advisor was not around, I finally saw my car there and asked another advisor for my car since my advisor was not around, I left around 1:30, I received a text from my service around 4pm that my car was ready, this is not acceptable
