Somehow your dealership changed there are young ladies in the reception area that doesn't have a clue there are many people working but there is no mgmt looks like everyone is busy but not much getting done I have been mgmt position for 40 yrs and there are too many people working My service advisor was excellent
Service rep and staff were very friendly and helpful. I am not happy my service rep left and did not advise he was leaving and no other rep was informed or updated on my vehicle status, therefore letting me know i should receive a call letting me know the next steps. I have not received the follow up call i was told i was going to receive.

It is unacceptable that Hyundai will not repair what is an obvious defect in the motor. Burning a quart of oil every 1500 miles is “within specs”???
