Two week wait for an oil change appointment. Service took three hours to complete including the programing a new remote that I had to wait eight months to receive.
My service technician Enrique was very polite and professional.
But the eight month wait for a key fob (since August 3rd), the two week wait for an appointment, and the three hour service time were all excessive amounts of time.
They kept the car for three weeks to paint a small deposit and when they delivered it to me it was dirtier than the ones they have in Yunck Carr, if you want proof let me know I will send poctere
After arriving for coolant leak before I can walk off the lot i see an employee speed off in my vehicle with no regard to personal items and definitely harder than I accelerate the vehicle also I have a scratch on my shift knob that wasn't there my vehicle feels completely worse

I was worried about my ioniq 5 but Cheyne was very helpful . No bs, just quality customer service. Very important to have an experience guy like him, true to his word, no promises, realistic expectations. He gives Hyundai a good brand image when there’s a lot out there that don’t.
Paul is very professional and helpful. I’m totally satisfied with the service city rendered me.
