Paul was great. Very simple service. But my car still displays that I am late for my scheduled service. It’s Counting the negative days on the display. And my tires are very visibly marked LR, LF, etc.
My engine not good it’s motor not good it’s Cl recall but I’m not getting proper service

Enrique is always amazing! He helped me prior to the appointment to find a nail in my tire and always goes above and beyond. All of your service staff is great and I always recommend them to everyone that has a Hyundai. My best friend and I were the only ones in our city with a Hyundai back in 2002 and now many of my neighbors have one. It is because of people like Enrique that I will continue with Hyundai; it's not just about the process of purchasing a new car but about the service after. Enrique is trustworthy, professional, provides great support, and can always answer my questions.
I am very unsatisfied with your service. I can’t believe that your company thinks using 2 and a half cans of oil between oil changes is OKAY!!! I will never go to your dealership again. Your service manager couldn’t tell me why or where the oil is going because it isn’t leaking out of the car! So don’t call and don’t send me any thing from your dealership again. It took so long. But Louie was great. Excellent customer service, he was super nice and super friendly and explained everything to the best of his ability. He deserves a promotion.
I drop of my car for a paint recall 2 weeks ago. I called for 2 weeks and was never able to speak to a rep.
I was told my car was covered 100% paint job. Today Saturday 4/29/23 I picked up my car and It wasn’t painted as it was stated. Service was terrible, no one was able to help. I will return to complain .
