Mohamed kept me informed and walked me through all the updates when i arrived to pick up my car. He was the one who actually noticed that that brake light warning came back on when I got in my car. He immediately game me my options of getting a loaner car or just waiting for the new part to come in. I appreciate his candidness and assistance. By far Cerritos has the best service team of any Hyundai service team.

Even though my car was not able to be serviced Candace did her best to help me. My issue is with the sales part of your company. I was sold a car that has been in accident 2 times before I purchased it and it should not have been sold to me or at the very least and to make things right with me fix everything related to the accident to the car..
